How do I request a Sessary refund?

Email support@sessary.com from the address used at checkout. We reply within 3 business days. Eligible refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The $79 lifetime plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly charges can be refunded within 14 days if you have not used paid delivery after that payment. The 30-day trial does not require a card.

Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Creem, never as a side transfer.

How to request a refund

Email support@sessary.com from the address used at checkout. Include the plan and, if you have it, the payment email. We reply within 3 business days. Eligible refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method.

Do not open a chargeback before writing to us. Chargebacks are handled by Creem. A dispute or refund revokes paid access.

30-day trial

No card required. You can use the full connection before paying. If you never pay, new writes stop after the trial. Rows already in Notion stay.

Monthly ($9)

Cancel anytime from the billing portal on the account page. Canceling stops future charges. Because the trial already covers 30 days without a card:

If you email us within 14 days of a paid charge and you have not used paid delivery (no successful meeting write after that payment), we refund that charge in full.
If Sessary failed to deliver after you paid, and the failure was ours (not a revoked Notion token, unshared database, or unsigned Fathom webhook), we refund the last charge.
Otherwise the current paid period is not prorated. Cancel to stop the next renewal.

Lifetime ($79)

14-day money-back from the purchase date. After 14 days the lifetime purchase is not refundable except where the law requires it or Creem issues a refund.

After a refund

Paid access stops. Notion rows already written are not deleted. You can still delete your Sessary account, which removes our copy of your keys.

Creem may also refund within 60 days, including to prevent a chargeback, even when this policy would not.

EU and similar consumer laws

If you have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services, using paid access after checkout is asking us to start the service immediately. If you have not used paid delivery, email us within 14 days and we will refund.
