Meeting content is never stored. We forward Fathom summaries and action items to the Notion database you pick, then discard the body.

What we store
Cloudflare KV holds configuration and delivery metadata, not meeting bodies:
- Encrypted Notion connection token
- Encrypted Fathom webhook signing secret
- Field mapping, webhook id, and workspace name
- Recording ids we have already written, plus delivery metadata (time, title, success/failure, Notion page link, error code)
- Optional email for login and billing
- Creem customer id, subscription id, and plan after you pay
We do not store transcripts, summaries, action item text, or calendar emails.
What we do not see
You use your own Notion connection (access token). We only see databases you explicitly share with that connection. Revoke it in Notion at any time and we can no longer write. Delete your Sessary account to wipe the stored token and mapping immediately.
Payments
Card numbers and tax invoices are handled by Creem, the merchant of record. Creem’s privacy notice is at creem.io/privacy. We store only the Creem identifiers needed to open the billing portal and keep your plan in sync.
Cookies
A HttpOnly session cookie (ntn_session) keeps you signed in on this site. It is not used for advertising. There is no third-party analytics pixel on the forms.
Not a compliance product
We are not a HIPAA, attorney-client, or medical/legal compliance product. Do not send health or privileged meetings through this service.
