# Terms of Service

> Sessary is a forwarding pipe. You are responsible for the Notion workspace, Fathom account, and meeting content you connect.

## The service

Sessary receives a Fathom webhook after a meeting and writes one row into the Notion database you chose, with your field mapping. The same recording is never written twice. Meeting bodies are discarded after the write.

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, and we do not offer HIPAA, SOC 2, or legal-hold guarantees.

## Your responsibilities

- Keep your Notion connection and Fathom webhook configured.
- Do not send health, privileged, or other meetings that need a compliance certification.
- Uncheck `include_transcript` on the Fathom webhook.

## Payments

Paid plans are $9 per month or a limited $79 lifetime early-bird. After a 30-day trial with no card, new writes stop until you pay. Existing Notion rows stay.

Payments are processed by [Creem](https://www.creem.io/), the merchant of record. When you pay, you are buying from Creem under [Creem’s buyer terms](https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms). Checkout shows the amount due, including any taxes Creem collects.

Cancel a monthly subscription from the billing portal on the account page. Refund eligibility is in the [Refund Policy](https://sessary.com/refunds/).

## Accounts

You may delete your account at any time after canceling an active monthly subscription. Deletion revokes our copy of your keys. It does not delete pages already created in your Notion workspace.
