Your meeting ends. Your notes are already in Notion.
Send every Fathom summary, action item, and recording link to the exact Notion database
you choose—automatically, with your fields, and without another automation platform.
Encrypted before it is saved. We never show it again.
We only use this to send a password-free login link.
Stuck on this step?
Make sure you copied the integration secret, not a page URL. In Notion, open your integration and check that “Read content” and “Insert content” are enabled.
Step 2 of 3 · Choose a destination
Where should new meeting notes go?
Choose a Notion database below. We will match its fields automatically—you can review them if you want.
↗
Share your Notion database, then refresh this list
In Notion, open the database → ••• → Connections → add Sessary.
Come back here and click Refresh databases. You do not need to reload this page.
No shared databases found yet
Duplicate a Sessary template into your workspace, add the Sessary connection, then come back and refresh.
We only show compatible Notion fields. Meeting title is required; every other field can be skipped.

Required type
Use a Notion template Optional
Duplicate a ready-made database into your workspace, share it with Sessary, then apply the matching fields. Templates do not change Notion by themselves.
Step 3 of 3 · Prove it works
Create your first Notion demo page
Start with a safe sample—no Fathom setup or real meeting needed. You can delete the test page from Notion afterward.
Write “[test] Discovery call” to your database
Includes a sample title, summary, action item and recording link.

Your first demo made it to Notion
The connection works. Open the page to see exactly what future meetings will look like.
Deleting the account immediately removes the Notion token, webhook secret, mapping, delivery log, and processed recording ids. Notion rows already written are not deleted.
Type DELETE to permanently remove keys and delivery history.

Privacy
Meeting content is never stored. We forward Fathom summaries and action items to the Notion database you pick, then discard the body.
We store: your encrypted Notion token, encrypted Fathom webhook secret, field mapping, webhook id, recording ids we have already written, and delivery metadata (time, title, success/failure, Notion page link). We do not store transcripts, summaries, action item text, or calendar emails in KV.
You use your own Notion internal integration. Revoke it in Notion at any time and we can no longer write. Delete your Sessary account to wipe the stored token and mapping immediately.
We are not a HIPAA, attorney-client, or medical/legal compliance product. Do not send health or privileged meetings through this service.
Sessary is a forwarding pipe. You are responsible for the Notion workspace, Fathom account, and meeting content you connect.
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, and we do not offer HIPAA, SOC 2, or legal-hold guarantees in this version.
Paid plans: $9 per month or a limited $79 lifetime early-bird. After a 30-day trial with no card, new writes stop until you pay. Existing Notion rows stay. Refunds are handled through Creem.
You may delete your account at any time. That revokes our copy of your keys. It does not delete pages already created in your Notion workspace.
Help
FAQ
Where is my Notion token?
Encrypted in Cloudflare KV with a server-side wrap key. The browser never keeps it after the connect request. We never send it to the payment provider or Fathom.
Why not check include_transcript?
We do not want meeting transcripts on our network or disk. Uncheck it in Fathom. Summaries and action items are enough to write the Notion row.
How do I revoke access?
In Notion: Settings → Connections → revoke the integration. Or delete your Sessary account. Or rotate the Fathom webhook secret.
Can you replay a failed meeting?
No. Replaying would require storing the payload. Use Fathom’s retry, or send a sample JSON from the dashboard.
How do I contact support?
Email imtoogle@gmail.com. We can help with setup, billing, and delivery issues.
